Yes, all cacao contains small trace amounts of caffine. The average cup of cacao contains 7mg - 13mg depending on preparation.

15 - 20 cups based on 25g servings.
Depending how strong or subtle you like your Cacao will ultimately determine how many cups

My cacao paste has 'bubbles', is this normal?

Answer

Yes! Our cacao is 100% natural and organic and as such during summer natural bubbles occur throughout the paste. This is no way affects the taste or quality of the Koko. Just like Mother Earth grows through Her seasons, so to does our Koko bloom through it's own sesons. You will find each block has it's own uniqueness and subtlties depending on the seasons.

Yes we work closely with our partner who collaborates with Women in Business an NGO and Savaii Koko in Samoa that support pacific farmers to ensure ethical and fair trade. We are humbled to contribute and support in this way through each bag ordered.
